They did what I asked, the price was correct and my car was cleaned. Great
The staff at the Mini centre were very knowledgable, they helped us specify the options list and their advice focused on us as customers. Any questions they could not immediately answer were followed up quickly, nothing was too much trouble.
The express service was offered to me so I did not sit down with a Mini representative but found when I got home that they had ignored looking at the spare wheel in the boot which is not usually found in Minis but which we had opted to purchase.
They are a great dealer, sorry, centre : ) There is one guy that works there who rubs me up the wrong way, I only mention this as in EVERY other dealer I have been in I would have only been able to say "there is one guy that works there that is OK".

The staff are attentive and the workshop are well organised and efficient.
Despite any issues there were, the service department did everything they could as quickly as possible to get me my car back as soon as possible.

Booked car in for its annual service. Very quick at allocating me an appointment and a courtesy car was promptly available as requested. The advisor who served me was very friendly, caring helpful and professional in his work.

It took so long to sort my tyre out. We lost half a day basically sitting in a coffee shop nearby. Again I'd expect better of BMW. We could gave been given a courtesy car or given a lift hone. Plus my tyre insurance company couldn't be found.

The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly if they tried. I was amazed at the welcome I received when dropping the car off. Nothing was too much trouble. I was completely blown away by the birthday treat and I was made to feel 'special'.
It took longer than I expected to identify the fact that you didn't have the correct part so I spent most of the day in Chester only to find I still need to come back - would have been better if the part required had been identified quicker
As a single mum with very limited knowledge of cars it reassures me that my car is being maintained well.

Not all work was carried out due to a misunderstanding.
Helpful staff.Came in for a minor repair to my boot mechanism, staff noted that my brake service was due soon so I was able to get that done at the same time, thus avoiding another appointment in the next few weeks.
No issues, went well. Kept me updated.
Car was seen to and customer service is always very good at Haliwell Jones Chester. They keep you regularly updated on progress and if they have time have a chat and clean my Mini too.

Halliwell Jones provided an excellent service and support in dealing with BMW regarding a fault with excessive wear of the rear brakes. The only issue was the length of time BMW took to respond over what clearly is a warranty matter
