very happy with the all at Chester Halliwell Jones mini CH1 6EZ, everybody chips in a works as a team.
good commutation Didnt get a video link of car having its service like another family member did with their mini.

Excellent service.Not completely satisfied as car was 1.5 hours late being delivered back to me. Also in March 2016 I was told I needed new brakes in a few weeks. I was told the same again in Mar 2017, and I still have not needed to replace them.

We arrived in advance of our appointment and the staff very kindly arranged for our car to be attended to earlier than arranged.
I had a silver valet on my car and was pleased that the garage went over and above that by doing a visual inspection of the car. Very impressed.

Steve was brilliant and is the reason I haven't took anything further. Only comment is my car was used for 2 test run's but when I got into the car I had 0 miles on my petrol. Really they should make sure there is the same amount as when collected

All seemed to go o.k. but I do not know what checks have carried out during the service. There is normally some sort of checklist.
all aspects of the work explained in detail with costs and the car was dirty due to winter weather and not being able to wash myself but looked like new when service was completed
See above (But just to add the valet on my car was done by someone who took great pride in their work because my car was a mess in side and it came back looking brand new)
I got exactly what I wanted, rather than what a salesman thought I should have! (Or needed to push!) At every stage, I was treated as if I knew what I needed - this is not always the case for a woman buying a car.

Great experience, left to browse at leisure but attentive staff made it easy to ask any questions we had and they were very helpful during processing the order and gave clear instructions on the car when we went to pick it up.

Dropped car off and they took over .gave me a time when car ready, gave me free taxi vouchers to go into Chester city and back. VERY GOOD QUICK SERVICE

Although pre booked for a "while you wait" job, the car was not ready until one hour after the quoted time.
I used the last of my extended cover. Shame I cant have another extended cover although my car is 8 yrs old. I have less than 47,000 on the clock. The service experience was excellent, just had to return to have service light reset.

Efficient and fast and we asked not to valet it as we needed it back quickly They were quick and valeted it too, so very pleased.
Asked to sit in the waiting area.I was then left with no one giving me any information on my car. I watched people in and out with staff keeping them updated.Car not washed they said need more time if I wanted it cleaning
