The car was immaculately presented on delivery and the handover was both fuss free and efficient. The purchase journey was very straightforward and the only significant issue encountered was sorted out shortly after delivery.

I purchased the car remotely, with all communication via email/phone due to being based in Scotland, therefore, I was expecting it to be stressful; however, it was the total opposite, and that's due to the highly professional sales team, Sian & Dan.

Very well organised, Mike guided me through the mini app and talked me through all the necessary points to complete the paperwork. As i am not familiar with automatics he gave me the confidence to drive off happy and explained everything to me.

While car park confusing the people who meet and service me were first class. One complaint I have is on the 750 excess on insurance, come on guys you need to drive hard on your insurance and look for a better deal you not small are you?

Most of their service was fine but I had a new tyre fitted but there was a problem and I had to return tbe car the next day, Having said that the staff were wonderful

The only reason for not completely satisfied is because at self service check in I had selected to add a bottle of motor oil to be charged for and left in car but it wasn't. Everything else was good

I received a courtesy call the day before my car was booked in at my local dealership. The person that was dealing with my car was present and waiting to greet me. My keys were immediately taken and the car was driven off even before I left.

Excellent customer service from dropping off the Mini right through to collection. As well as being looked after by Paul from the Service team, the technician who worked on our car came out to explain what he had done.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the tyre pressure warning light was still on when I got in the vechile and it just needed some air so I believe the tyres weren't pumped up.

I didn't receive the usual video inspection of my vehicle, I had to request this at collection. Upon collection I was advised there was nail in my tyre however I took this to another garage and it was only a stone not a nail. This cost me time &money
